The Association solutions that a YES Vote within the future Referendum in 2027, will totally empower a Document full of Mandatory Instructions to force the Victorian Government to fully action and fully obey on behalf of all the People of Victoria.

This Document of Mandatory Instructions uses the Highest law of Victoria which is also the Highest law within all other states and territories such as New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory and Canberra.

The Highest Law in Victoria is Constitutional Law. 

Constitutional Law includes a Document of Mandatory instructions, and generally includes other things like structures, functions, roles and responsibilities and more.

This Document is actually a Victorian Peoples State Constitution.

This Victorian Peoples State Constitution binds and must be fully obeyed by all governments, all police, all courts, all corporations, all Charities, all unions, all businesses, all Councils, absolutely everyone within the state of Victoria.

Drawing, Artist Competition public notice.

“The Peoples Crown Competition”

Background information.

"All the people" have never been considered, never been valued, never been positioned, situated, as highest Authority or any Authority in history

"All the People" within Victorian Law is just like a normal human expression has no meaning, no structure, no symbol or seal, nothing to represents "All the People"

For the first time in History within Victorian law, the association is asking for all People, Artists, Drawers, Digital Artists to create a picture of what you and or others feel full represents "All the People" of Australia. 

The final picture chosen will also be placed upon a 2d or 3d background picture of each state such as State of Victoria

This future picture will eventually become what is called  “The peoples Crown” which will present a lawful governing symbol, or seal that representing "All the People" that live and work within each state and territory of Australia,

"The Peoples Crown" being a seal or symbol will be stamped upon all future court case document, government bills, referendums, government contracts and tenders, all peoples wills, New Birth and Death Certificates, statute laws and including this New Victorian Peoples State Constitution all at minimum.

So this Association is inviting all artists around Australia, to register since we are offering 10 wonderful people a chance to produce a drawing, art, digital art of what "All the People" of Australia may look like so we can all vote by referendum to select a picture to become a Lawful Seal or symbol.

The top 10 drawings with the most votes by all the Members of the Australians for a better future together Association, will each receive financial rewards of $1000 dollars only.

The top 10 pictures will be announced in our News webpage representing the "Peoples Crown" and will be added to the future State and Territory Referendums starting in Victoria within year 2027.

New Living Peoples State Constitutions

Constitutional Law is the HIGHEST law in Australia and also the HIGHEST Law within all states and territories of Australia.

Using Constitutional law and establish a Peoples Constitution is easier for all the people to demand changes and fix problems since none of the existing States and territories have adhered to Constitutional law fully, so therefore all evidence shows they are all invalid in law.

This is a story of discovery

Most of the Acts maybe legal in sense, but never satisfied the Commonwealth Constitution Covering Clause 9, section 128 at minimum, and breach other sections as well.

Instead of debating rights and wrongs all the time, it is absolutely the right time,

To work together to enable all the People of each state to have a voice and participation in parliament, councils and decision making and become what all the people are meant to be as Highest Authority, where parliaments and many other roles are meant to be ACTUAL SERVANTS to all the People.

For the first time in history this new Living Peoples State Constitution are a Peoples Constitution written entirely in normal English for all the people, by all the people and can only be changed in anyway by a Referendum to all the People.
